Commercial Staging
For display suites, show homes, and commercial listings that need to feel like somewhere, not like a sample.
Who it's for
Commercial staging briefs are their own kind of work. A display suite is not a one-owner sale, and a developer selling thirty apartments off the plan needs buyers to imagine themselves living there, not touring a showroom.
We work with developers, builders, commercial property agents, and display-suite coordinators across Melbourne’s inner-east. Our brief stays the same as it is for a residential sale. The difference is scale, duration, and the kind of foot traffic the home will see.

What's included
- Furniture across all staged rooms, chosen for campaign durability and daily use
- Art, ceramics, and soft furnishings that read on camera and in person
- Lighting, where the build allows for lamps and plug-ins
- Walk-through readiness on inspection days, including quick resets between buyer tours
- Campaign-length planning and, where requested, mid-campaign refresh
What's not included
- Sales-agent collateral, signage, or print material
- Catering, event styling, or open-home hosting
- Marketing photography or video (handled by the campaign photographer, with our coordination)
