Who it's for
For agents and vendors heading into shoot day with a home that is lived in. Furniture stays, life stays, but the rooms need to read clean in the photographs and video.
We arrive ahead of the shoot, walk the home with the photographer, and style each room as it goes in front of the camera. We do not install furniture for this service. We shape what is already there so the camera sees a composed home, not a cluttered one.
What's included
- Walk-through with the photographer ahead of shoot day
- On-the-day styling: declutter, recompose, reset between frames
- Soft furnishings, ceramics, and small props the home is missing
- Coordination with your photographer, agent, and vendor on the day
- Half-day or full-day on site, depending on the home
What's not included
- Photography and video itself (we work alongside your photographer, not in place of)
- Major furniture installs (this is shoot styling, not staging)
- Cleaning, gardening, or pre-shoot maintenance
- Post-shoot retouching or editing
