The home
The house sits on a leafy street in Camberwell, recently renovated but still finding its feet as a home. The kitchen and living open to the garden through wide glazing, so light moves across the floor all afternoon. The agent wanted the rooms to feel settled, like a family had just stepped out for the day.
The Brief
The owners had already moved on and wanted staging that read warm and lived in rather than showroom. Quiet, considered, nothing shouting for attention.
We ran the Warm Modern set through the home, oak and oat linen against the white joinery, a deep cocoa sofa to anchor the living room, and hand-thrown ceramics on the island bench. The dining sat under pendant light with rush-seated chairs and a single sculptural vessel.
Upstairs we kept the bedrooms soft, layered linen in off-white with one muted accent per room, so nothing competed with the light.
The result photographed clean and felt generous in person, which is the balance every sale campaign is really after.
